Largo Office: All insurance accepted including all HMO’s, PPO’s, Employer Plans, Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Compensation, Auto (PIP) Insurance, Attorney Letters of Protection. Participating Providers for: BCBS, Health Options, Aetna, AvMed CIGNA, Humana, United, BayCare and nearly every HMO, PPO.
St. Petersburg Office: Same as above, but excluding Humana and CIGNA HMO, and BayCare PPO.
Insurance Billing: Electronic and paper submission
Insurance and Disability Forms completed. Attorney billing, reports and Impairment Ratings Payment Plans Available Cash, Checks, Credit/Debit Cards Accepted Coordination of care with out of area doctors Coordination of care with local doctors and specialists Referral for MRI, CT, Bone Scan, etc. Laboratory Screening Tests: Cholesterol, Triglycerides, Thyroid, Complete Blood Count, etc. Neurological Electrodiagnostics: EMG, NCV, etc. Nutritional Counseling and Supplementation Advice
